Putting people back into people intelligence.

Scope

Findem is an intelligent talent platform helping organisations discover, understand, and connect with people. In a category increasingly defined by data, automation, and AI, the opportunity was to differentiate the brand by bringing the human value of the technology to the forefront and positioning Findem as a leader in people intelligence.

I led an end-to-end brand overhaul, spanning brand strategy and positioning through to visual identity and digital experience. This included a new logo, typography, colour palette, art direction, website design, and an extended suite of brand collateral. The goal was to build a distinctive, cohesive identity that could stand apart in a crowded market, communicate the sophistication of the platform, and establish a scalable foundation for Findem’s continued growth.

Approach & collaboration

The process began with internal interviews, extensive competitor analysis, and collaborative workshops to distill Findem’s core brand truth. This helped shift the focus away from people as searchable profiles or data points, toward the experience, potential, and relationships that make each person unique.

Black-and-white portrait photography, a warm yellow palette, and bold typography brought warmth and personality to a traditionally technical and often generic category. Together, these elements created a more human expression of talent intelligence, balancing the sophistication of the platform with the people at its heart.

Outcomes & impact

A distinct identity built for what’s next.

The new identity differentiated Findem from competitors and helped generate interest from prospective customers, including Airbnb, Netflix, and Okta. Beyond establishing a stronger market presence, the project created scalable brand foundations and a design system to support the platform’s continued evolution, including its transition toward agentic AI capabilities.
